What are henna eyebrows?

Much like one creates eyebrows using an eyebrow pencil, henna eyebrows are eyebrows painted on the brow line using henna dye. Henna can be used to dye eyebrow hair that is too light or to stain the skin of a clean brow creating brows that last longer than makeup.

Henna artists and some aestheticians use henna to create eyebrows on clients. Henna can also be used at home with caution. Henna is a powder that requires reconstitution with water for application to the skin. For use at home, make a thick paste so that the henna does not run into the eyes. Henna is not for use with eyelashes.
