Henry Repeating Arms Company, founded in 1996, took its name from the inventor of the repeating rifle, Benjamin Tyler Henry. It has become the United States’ largest lever-action rifle manufacturer, as of 2015. True to its motto, Henry machines and casts rifle parts at its Rice Lake, Wisconsin facility. In 2013, Henry announced its reproduction of Benjamin Tyler Henry’s original .44-40 rifle by stating its “Made in America for the first time 150 years.â€
