Garth Brooks is the top-selling country music artist of all time according to album sales. He has sold a total of 135 million units, according to the Recording Industry Association of America.

Garth Brooks beat Elvis’ record of 134.5 million units, who was previously the all-time bestselling country music artist. In 2007, the RIAA named him the top-selling artist with 123 million sales compared to 118.5 million by Elvis. Elvis then took the number one spot due to new sales, only to have his numbers fall once again by Garth Brooks. While he is the top-selling country artist, the top artist of all music genres still remains The Beatles, who have sold 178 million units.
