What is a shiny Jolteon?

A shiny Jolteon is an alternately colored version of the electric-type evolution of the Pokémon Eevee. While a normal Jolteon is predominately yellow, a shiny Jolteon is a bright lime green. To get a shiny Jolteon, the player needs to evolve a shiny Eevee using a Thunder Stone.

Shiny Pokémon were first introduced in Generation II of the Pokémon games. When encountering a wild shiny Pokémon, the player recognizes it not only by the Pokémon's unique coloration, but also by the animated stars and different noise played when the encounter first begins. Shiny Pokémon do not have any unique skills sets or moves, and they are only different in their coloration.
