According to a press release by Gaggenau from 2013, Gaggenau ovens, alongside a significant majority of the company's other kitchen appliances, are produced at its Lipsheim plant in Germany. The plant is able to produce approximately 130,000 appliances every year in an area measuring 25,000 square meters.
Gaggenau ovens are specifically produced in an area within the plant called the Steam Competence Center. In this area, various types of Gaggenau ovens, such as the 400 and 200 series, are produced alongside other brands. Some of the production techniques used in the Lipsheim plant include laser welding, clean-room assembly and stainless steel deep-drawing.
