What are wine rack plans?

Wine rack plans are plans that detail how to build wine racks. Plans include construction material used, such as metal or wood, how to prepare materials, other material required and how to assemble the rack.

There are many different wine rack designs available. There are designs that hold bottles by the neck and those where the body of the bottle is supported instead. Some racks are minimal, with only a stylized piece of metal containing holes to support the neck of each bottle. Others are extravagant and use wooden barrels or furniture pieces. Some wine racks incorporate objects such as skis and discarded wooden pallets.
