The Big Red was a three-wheel utility all-terrain vehicle that Honda introduced in 1982. The first model was the ATC200E, which had a 192 cubic centimeter electric-start engine with front and rear cargo racks.
A second Big Red model, the ATC200ES, was introduced in 1984. New additions to this model were a reverse gear and a maintenance-free shaft drive. It was capable of towing up to 700 pounds. Though it did not have the "Big Red" designation, the ATC250R, released in 1985, was a follow-up product that was also red in color. In 1986 Honda phased out the ATC series in favor of their new FourTrax vehicles.
