Are horoscopes scientifically accurate?

Horoscopes are not scientifically accurate. Astrology does not use the scientific method to test and refine its premises, as other disciplines do. Many astrologers insist that astrology is an interpretative art and cannot, and should not, withstand the conventions of scientific validity testing.
Astrology is the study of the skies and the source of horoscopes. Astrologers consider their practice the original form of astronomy, though the two contemporary fields have very little in common.
Astrology's detractors claim that horoscopes are too general to be accurate. Furthermore, sceptics claim that astrologer fail to test their hypothesis or revise their theories in the face of counter-evidence.
