As of 2015, Icy Hot features a number of printable coupons directly on its website. Some of the coupons include $1 off any Icy Hot product, $2 off an Icy Hot Micro Patch product, $5 off a Smart Relief Pain Therapy kit and $2 off any Icy Hot Advanced Therapy product, notes the Icy Hot website.

To print these coupons, customers must go to a third-party website to which the Icy Hot website directly links. Once at this third-party website, called SmartSource, customers need to make sure their printer is on and loaded with paper before clicking the Print Now button on the bottom of the page, notes SmartSource.
