Omeprazole 20-milligram capsules come in a two-tone green capsule. The imprint "MYLAN 6150" appears on each side of the capsule, according to Drugs.com. Delayed release 20-milligram omeprazole has a gold-and-white capsule with the imprint "KU" on one side and "118" on the other.

Another version of 20-milligram omeprazole comes in a white capsule with the imprint "OME 20" on each side of the capsule, explains Drugs.com. Omeprazole is also available in 10-milligram capsules. These are dark green capsules with the imprint "MYLAN 5211" on each side of the capsule; light brown capsules with the imprint "OME 10," or dark brown and purple capsules with the imprint "081" on one side and "IMPAX 10" on the other.
