Are indoor shooting ranges open to anyone?

Many indoor shooting ranges are open to the public, provided the person is the legal age of 21, can pay any required fees and demonstrates safe usage and knowledge of his firearms. Also, anyone using a gun range has to abide by range rules at all times for safety purposes.

Not all ranges are open to the public. Some firing ranges are reserved for use by law enforcement and have special equipment used for training in different scenarios.
