According to Home Depot's eligibility requirements, U.S. residents can qualify by completing an online survey or by filling out a 3 x 5-inch index card. There are two categories of entries available, consumer and professional. There is one winner from each category each quarter. Prize winners are notified by email and registered mail, and they must complete some documentation within 14 days of receipt of the documents.
