How do you find international area codes?

StudyAbroad.com provides a list of international telephone country codes for different nations in the world. The directory lists countries in alphabetical order in a right-hand column, with each nation's telephone code accompanying it in the left column. The list includes countries and regions such as Albania, Congo, France and Haiti.

International country telephone codes usually have one to three numbers. These codes apply to those who are dialing from North America. Telephone codes that are from outside of North America carry the prefix of "011." North American telephone numbers, as they appear on the international stage, carry the prefix of "1."
