Who invented water?

Water was not invented, but is a naturally occurring chemical compound consisting of two hydrogen atoms covalently bonded with one oxygen atom. Approximately 71 percent of the earth's surface is covered by water.

Water is a polar molecule because of the difference in electronegativity between the oxygen and hydrogen atoms, which makes it an effective solvent. Because of the strong hydrogen bonds between molecules, it is also a very stable substance and has the second highest specific heat capacity of all known substances. Water is a vital substance for all living things despite the fact that it has no calories or organic nutrients. A human can only survive for three to five days without water.
