Does the IRS provide Social Security eligibility worksheets?

While the IRS does not provide Social Security eligibility worksheets, it does provide worksheets to help taxpayers determine whether their Social Security benefits are taxable. Four worksheets are available for this purpose, including worksheets that figure taxes for lump-sum payments, according to the Internal Revenue Service.
Anyone who has worked a minimum of 10 years in a job that paid into the Social Security system is eligible for Social Security benefits. Benefits depend on how much was paid into the system, as well as on the person's date of birth. No person can claim Social Security benefits before the age of 62, as CNN Money explains.
