As of 2015, the IRS keeps a stock of online tax forms and instructions from 2011 through 2015 on its website. Individuals can locate these forms by visiting the website's Forms and Publications page. The Current tab has 2015 forms, and the Prior Year tab contains previous years from 2011.
Under the Prior Year tab visitors can access Form 1040s for 2011 and 2012, but prior 1040 EZ forms are only available on the page for the years 2013 and 2014. Business forms, such as the Form 941, Form 940 and Form 1099-G, are only available as of 2015 for the years 2014 onward.
Individuals can view select additional forms by clicking on the Find All Prior Years & Pubs button.
