Jay McGraw's wife is Erica Dahm. Erica Dahm is best known as one of the triplets who posed for photos in Playboy magazine in December of 1998. McGraw proposed to Dahm on August 26, 2005, after asking her father's permission.

Jay McGraw gave Erica a 5-carat diamond, emerald and platinum engagement ring. The couple married in 2006. Together, they developed the television show The Doctors, with both spouses working behind the scenes and Erica locating people to appear on the show. Erica and her sisters became pregnent around the same time and appeared on The Doctors, where each sister had an ultrasound performed.
