Does a Jensen wood furnace need electricity?

A Jensen wood furnace uses electricity to operate the thermostat, draft fan, air distribution fan and other electrical components. The small amount of electricity used allows the furnace to heat a much larger area in a more efficient manner.
The furnace's twin CFM air distribution system can heat up to 550 cubic feet per minute and evenly distribute warmth throughout the entire home. The unit's draft induction fan works efficiently to minimize any draft created by the furnace. All Jensen wood furnaces come with a one-year warranty on all electrical components and a three-year warranty on the fire box itself.
