Founded in 2005, Jesus Name Apostolic Church defines itself as a multicultural congregation that believes in three manifestations of one god instead of the Trinity, in which there are three beings in one god. The belief includes revealing the name of God to mankind: Jesus is the name of God.
Others typically refer to non-Trinitarian congregations as "Jesus-only" churches, but the congregations prefer "Jesus' Name." Further distinctions in beliefs of Jesus Name Apostolic Church include baptising believers in water in the name of Jesus Christ and in receiving the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, which is evidenced by speaking in other tongues according to Acts 2:26-41 in the Bible.
