Does John Madden provide NFL predictions?

As of 2014, John Madden no longer provides NFL predictions. He retired from football commentary in 2009 and thereafter began serving as a player safety advisor to the NFL.

His last job as an analyst was working for NBC and the NFL Network. Before that, he had worked for Fox, ABC and CBS. Before becoming a broadcaster, Madden was a Super Bowl-winning coach for the Oakland Raiders. He retired from coaching in 1979. He also gained popularity among a younger crowd for lending his name to EA Sports' "Madden NFL Football," the best-selling sports video game franchise ever as of 2014.
