According to Flexyx, Kalium durules is a white powder used to replenish electrolytes. It is used in fertilizers, explosives, buffer solutions and as a treatment option for hypokalemia.
Flexyx states that Kalium durules should be mixed with water and taken with food. Kalium durules is mixed with a stool softening agent, so patients should be advised there may be changes in stool consistency. Kalium durules is potassium chloride and has the chemical formula CIK and is used as a supplemental form of potassium, according to Flexyx. This chemical should be taken as directed by a physician, especially if the patient is currently taking digitalis and/or diuretics.
