What do the Kenmore front-load washer error codes mean?
By Forinfos - 24/02/2026 - 0 comments
An F/H error code on a Kenmore front-load washer indicates a fill error, while F/dL and F/dU error codes indicate a problem with the door locking system. A Sud error means that there are excessive suds in the washer.
When a Kenmore washer displays the F/H error, it means the washer isn’t filling with water, possibly due to defective water supply valves, siphon problems or a frozen fill line. The F/dL error indicates the door doesn’t lock, and the F/dU code indicates the door doesn’t unlock.
Other possible error codes include F/02, which means the washer is taking a long time to drain, F/09, which indicates overflow, and F/05, which indicates a problem with the water temperature sensor.
