What kind of battery fits a Ford F-150?

The 2014 Ford F-150 takes a 750CCA battery. The batteries are available at most automotive part stores or battery retailers.
The 750CCA required for the Ford F-150 are the minimum cold crank amps (CCA) the battery is able to produce in freezing environments. The amperage is high because vehicles in colder environments take longer to start, sometimes more than 30 seconds. The high CCA battery will continue to give a sustained amount of power to the starter so it will turn over. However, most trucks driven in the United States do not have to deal with a daily commute of freezing temperatures, so some Ford F-150 owners can use lower-rated amperage batteries, notes Optima Batteries.
