What kind of homes does Ryan Homes make?

As of April 2015, Ryan Homes builds six different models of homes, including condos and townhomes. The homes are built in certain established communities, or existing homes that are up for sale can be purchased.

Ryan Homes builds in 15 states, mostly along the East Coast and in the Midwest. In addition to the previously mentioned home types, it also builds an "active adult" model, a "resort/beach" model, a "first-floor owner" model and homes for single families. Home prices range from about $100,000 to $600,000. The company offers direct financing through NVR Mortgage, but buyers can also secure their own independent financing.
