How do Korean people write their name?

A Korean name is typically written using Hangul, known as the Korean alphabet, and a standard Korean name is written by putting the family name first and the first name at the end. The majority of Korean names are made up of only three syllables.
It is rare for a Korean name to be more or less than three syllables. Korean names can also be Romanized (using English characters), especially if the Korean person is famous in the western world. Romanized Korean names flip the name around to match the western style of writing, and often the family name is separated from the other two syllables by fusing the middle and first names together.
