Does L'Oreal test on animals?
By Forinfos - 06/04/2025 - 0 comments
According to L’Oréal, the company has not tested its products on animals since March 2013. The company does not use ingredients that have been tested on animals after 2013, which means it doesn't use suppliers that perform animal testing either.
L’Oréal uses predictive strategies with reconstructed skin models and molecular modeling for safety evaluation. The company asserts that its products are still as safe as they were prior to ending animal testing. The only exception to L’Oréal products being tested on animals is in China, where finished products are tested before being sold. L’Oréal does not endorse this testing but cannot control it.
