Autumn Erhard of Laguna Niguel, California, set the "Wheel of Fortune" show record with winnings of $1,030,340 on the episode that aired on May 30, 2013. Erhard solved the puzzle "Tough Workout" with only the two T's, the R and the G showing to win $1 million.

As of Aug. 2015, three people have won at least $1 million on "Wheel of Fortune." Michelle Loewenstein won $1,026,080 on Oct. 14, 2008, which is still the second-largest total ever on the show. Sarah Manchester won $1,017,490 on Sept. 17, 2014. The long-running show first added the possibility of a $100,000 win in 2001, and a $1 million win has only been possible since 2008.
