As of 2015, Laura Calder is not married. In a 2010 interview, Calder said that she had consciously decided against marriage, children and a conventional office job. She was previously engaged to her French boyfriend, but they broke up before the wedding.

Born on April 20, 1970, Calder found fame by hosting the TV show “French Food at Home.” She has appeared as a judge on numerous shows, including “Recipe to Riches,” “Iron Chef America” and “Top Chef Canada.” She has also authored several books, including “French Taste: Elegant, Everyday, Eating” and “French Food at Home.” The French government has honored her with the Ordre National du Mérite Agricole.
