Are there legal clothing optional beaches in the United States?

There are several nude beach locations that are legal in the United States, as of 2015. These beaches are located in California, Florida, New Jersey and Hawaii.

Black's Beach in La Jolla, California, is one of the most famous nude beaches in North America due to the fact that Torrey Pines is located 100 yards up from the strip of beach. Blind Creek Beach in Ft. Pierce, Florida, is about two hours north of Miami. Both of these beaches are about two miles long. Gunnison Beach in Sandy Hook, New Jersey, has a view of the New York Skyline on sunny days. This beach has a $10 entry fee, as of 2015.
