How do you get lint off a sweater?

To remove lint or pills from a sweater, go over the area with a lint roller, and then repeat using an electric fabric shaver. Removing lint or pills from a sweater takes roughly 15 minutes and requires a lint roller, small scissors and an electric fabric shaver.

1. Spread out the sweater

   Spread the sweater out on a flat, dry surface, such as a table or an ironing board.

2. Use the lint roller

   Remove the protective coating from the lint roller. Roll the sticky surface over the sweater until the lint is gone.

3. Remove large pills

   Carefully remove large pills using the small scissors.

4. Use the electric fabric shaver

   Remove the protective covering on the shaver. Turn on the device, and carefully drag it across any remaining pills on the sweater.
