Is there a list of registered drug offenders in California?
By Forinfos - 21/12/2025 - 0 comments
Each law enforcement agency in California maintains a list of registered drug offenders in that particular jurisdiction. For example, the Merced Police Department maintains a list of registered drug offenders for Merced, CA.
There is no California law requiring the list of registered drug offenders to be made available online as of December 2014. States like Tennessee, Minnesota, Montana and Illinois have made their drug offender registry available online for public access.
As in the case of the Merced Police Department, the registry for drug offenders in California is accessible only to investigators and members of law enforcement. The information is not meant for public disclosure.
