How long do brain tumors in frontal lobes last?
By Forinfos - 16/10/2025 - 0 comments
Tumors in any part of the brain rarely go away on their own; most last until the host dies or the tumor is removed. Many of the more than 120 tumors of the brain can be successfully treated, according to Mayfield Clinic.
Treatment varies depending on the type of tumor, size, location and the age and medical health of the patient. Brain tumors may be primary -originating in the brain- or secondary, those spreading to the brain from another area, most commonly the breast or lung. Primary and secondary tumors may be benign -slow-growing and rarely spreading- or malignant, growing quickly and spreading to other parts of the brain and spinal cord, states Mayfield Clinic.
