You have until the end of the survey period to complete the survey on an Arby's receipt. Each survey period lasts approximately one month and begins on the first of the month.

The surveys on Arby's receipts are regarding guest satisfaction. They feature sweepstakes with a prize drawing for each survey period. To be eligible, you must make a purchase at an Arby's location in the United States or Canada or mail in your name, address, daytime phone number and birth date to the address for sweepstakes entry. Mail-in entries are due approximately one week after the survey period ends, while the prize drawing occurs about a week and a half later.
