Goodwill does not specify how long it takes to dispatch a crew to pick up donations, but it suggests calling the local Goodwill organization to arrange for pickup of unwanted items. Not all Goodwill locations offer pickup services.

To find a local Goodwill, visit Goodwill.org, enter a location into the search box, and click Find. This pulls up a map with locations indicated by the Goodwill logo. Click on any logo box to find contact details for the location, including its street address, city, state, ZIP and phone number. Click the Hours and Directions box from the individual location to get directions to the store and see its hours of operation.
