Rockin' Rice Pudding appeared on the show "Food 911." In addition to rice and milk, the recipe calls for butter, raisins, grated lemon, vanilla and cinnamon. The Food Network also has Paula Deen's recipe for Baked Rice Pudding. Though it only takes five minutes to mix, the pudding is in the oven for 90 minutes. The dessert then has to cool a bit before it is cut.
