How do you look up your Fannie Mae loan?
By Forinfos - 12/04/2025 - 0 comments
Customers can look up their loan using the Fannie Mae Loan Lookup tool at knowyouroptions.com. Customers must enter their name and the address associated with the mortgage loan to access loan information, advises Fannie Mae.
The tool enables customers to confirm Fannie Mae owns their loan and allows them to explore loan options such as the Home Affordable Refinance Program or the Home Affordable Modification Program, states Fannie Mae. Loan information is also required to refinance or modify mortgages and qualify for programs to prevent foreclosure.
Customers may call Fannie Mae from the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST at 800.732.6643 to speak with a representative, according to MakingHomeAffordable.gov.
