Some examples of luncheon meat are bologna, ham, turkey, olive loaf, chicken, roast beef, pastrami, salami and corned beef. Such luncheon meats are also referred to as cold cuts, sliced meats, deli meats, sandwich meats, cooked meats and lunchmeat. The meat is sometimes cured or precooked and can come in the form of meat loaves or sausages.
