As of September 2015, Luz Maria Briseno is still a radio personality. She hosts the show “Curvas Peligrosas,” meaning dangerous curves in English. The show is broadcasted on Jose FM 97.5, 103.1 and 107.1. The show is live Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Luz Maria Briseno is popularly referred to as the Dr. Oz of Spanish Radio. She is also a certified nutritionist. She gives nutritional and lifestyle tips to her listeners on the show. She has worked in the Spanish radio industry for over 20 years in Southern and Northern California and is from Guadalajara, Jalisco México. She graduated from Hartnell College in Salinas, California.
