To pay a Medicare Part A, Part B or Part D premium by mail, send a check or money order to Medicare Premium Collection Center, P.O. Box 790355, St. Louis, MO, 63197-9000, advises Medicare.gov. Pay Medicare Parts C and D premiums to the insurer, states the National Council on Aging.
For retirees who receive Social Security, Railroad Retirement Board, or Civil Service retirement benefits, the premium for Medicare Part B is deducted directly from the benefit payment. A retiree who does not receive any of those benefits must pay his Part B premium, along with any other Medicare premiums, to the Medicare Premium Collection Center.
