How do you make a Public Storage payment?

Pay your Public Storage payment by telephone, through your online account, in person at any Public Storage facility or by mail to any facility. Automatic payment service is also available through your online account interface.

There may be a processing fee of up to $20 added to your bill if you pay by telephone. If there is a fee, the operator notifies you during the call. When paying in person or by mail, be sure to provide your account number, your unit number and the location of your home facility. Public Storage accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, in addition to money orders and personal checks.
