How do you make turquoise?

The color turquoise is a combination of white paint and Prussian blue paint. It takes a lot of white paint to alter the strong tint in Prussian blue.
Prussian blue is a prismatic, or rainbow, blue color. The addition of other colors enhances or dampens its turquoise tint. Prussian blue's opposite, vermilion red, essentially cancels it out, thereby reducing its intensity. When turquoise and vermilion are side-by-side, the colors of both intensify.
Each color has a bias that makes it appear greener or redder than other versions of the same color. Prussian blue has a green bias that makes it appear greenish compared to ultramarine, or cobalt blue. This makes it a perfect base color for turquoise.
