How do you make a wire mesh ribbon Christmas wreath?

To make a Christmas wreath with mesh ribbon, wrap a wire wreath frame with mesh ribbon and attaching colorful leaves. You need leaves, newspaper, a stapler, thin wire, mesh ribbon, a few heavy books, glue and a wire wreath frame.

1. Prepare the leaves

   Collect leaves in a variety of sizes, shapes and colors. Place the leaves on a sheet of newspaper, and lay another sheet of newspaper on top of them. Place some heavy books over the newspaper to flatten the leaves.

2. Add a wire loop to a wreath frame

   Form the thin wire into a loop. Twist it onto the wreath frame so that the finished wreath can hang from the wall.

3. Wrap the wreath

   Wrap the wreath in a neutral colored mesh ribbon, making sure to cover the wire frame completely. Staple the ribbon together to keep it in place.

4. Attach the large leaves

   Glue the largest leaves first to the mesh ribbon, keeping the stems to the inside of the wreath. Make sure they overlap. Allow the glue to dry.

5. Add the small leaves

   After gluing the large leaves, glue the smaller leaves onto the large leaves at even intervals to create a pattern. Allow the glue to dry before hanging the wreath.
