Do manufactured homes lose value?
By Forinfos - 08/04/2025 - 0 comments
A manufactured home can lose its value due to a number of reasons. Its depreciation can be due to the housing market in which the home is located, the community, initial price paid for the home, age of the home and inflation rate.
Additionally, the decrease in value of manufactured homes can be as a result of availability and cost of community sites, which show the demand and supply influences on the value of the homes. According to The Manufactured Housing Association of Oklahoma, manufactured homes can also appreciate at the same rate as other homes in the surrounding neighborhoods when they are properly maintained and sited.
