Anna Duggar has four children with her husband Josh Duggar, as of 2015. The couple has two daughters and two sons. Anna and Josh's children all have names that begin with the letter M: Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus and Meredith.

Anna and Josh were married in 2008, and Anna became pregnant with daughter Mackynzie just four months after their marriage. Anna and Josh believe that God determines the number of children they will have. Since Anna gave birth to her first child in 2009, she has had three more children. As of August 2015, Mackynzie is 5, Michael is 4, Marcus is 2 and Meredith is 2 months old.
