Mark Messier was part of a Stanley Cup-winning hockey team six times in his career. They were in the 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988,1990 and 1994 seasons.

Mark Messier began his career with the National Hockey League in 1979, and he went on to become one of the league's top players. During his career, he was an all-star player for 15 seasons and played on three different teams: the Edmonton Oilers, the New York Rangers and the Vancouver Canucks. Five of Messier's Stanley Cups were won while he was with the Oilers; however, his sixth win was while he was playing for the Rangers.
