When making cold-brewed iced tea, place up to 10 tea bags in the pitcher before steeping it in the refrigerator. When using loose tea, 3 tablespoons of tea leaves is the approximate equivalent of six tea bags. The amount of tea used for iced tea may vary according to taste.
