How many times has the Mary Kay logo been updated?

The Mary Kay logo has been wholly updated just twice since the creation of the company in 1963. Including the original, there have been three noticeably changed Mary Kay logos.

The original Mary Kay logo consisted of just creator Mary Kay Ash's script. The first update added a black rose to the original logo. Over the years, the rose has been updated and reverted, but it was not until the mid-1980s that the script was replaced with a neat typeset font. The current logo is often black but also occurs as a light pink, the same color as the famous pink Cadillacs given to the company's top sales representatives.
