Port Wenn, the fictional home of the titular character in the ITV series, Doc Martin, is actually Port Isaac, a small fishing village on the North side of Cornwall, England.

Port Isaac, with merely 721 residents, has become famous for being the setting of the popular British comedy/drama, Doc Martin, since the 1980s. The town is located on the southwest tip of England, in the region of Cornwall. Port Isaac comes as advertised in the TV series, a sleepy fishing town with a gorgeous coastline marked by steep hills and cliffs. The town is famous for its bounty of mackerel and shark.
