Where are Maytag dryers made?

Maytag dryers from the Maxima and Bravos series are made in Ohio. Both the industrial and traditional models are produced in the Ohio cities of Clyde and Marion.

All Maytag washing machines are produced in the same Ohio plant locations. The Maytag company was purchased by Whirlpool on April 1, 2006. Although the parent company produces some of its brands overseas, it has maintained production of its Maytag brand in the United States. This includes the Maytag Amana series of refrigerators, both top-compartment and French door models, which are still produced in Amana, Iowa. This allows Whirlpool to market its Maytag line of products as American made.
