What does it mean when you get the two lines in your eyebrows?

The Southside 13 gang in Oregon shaves a single line in one eyebrow and three in the other to represent 13. Celebrities such as Vanilla Ice, Jay Z and Soulja Boy have shaved lines in their eyebrows, and because of their celebrity status, these trends are adopted by fans. Some schools are taking the issue in hand and sending students home for following the trend due to the potential gang influence.
